RETURN POLICIES


Thank you for purchasing new products from the Kalkal US website store. Please read the return policy before using the product. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, any item purchased on the kalkal-online.com website or our official Amazon store can be returned unused within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please make sure the product is new and the packaging materials, tags and tags are original. We will begin the return process within two business days of receiving the information. Once we receive your return order number, we will issue a refund within one business day.


For returns of items purchased on kalkal-online.com, please email [email protected]. Include a description of the problem and quote your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you will be given a return shipping address.


If the return is caused by the customer, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer. If it is our reason, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the customer does not need to bear the shipping cost, and no restocking fee is charged for the return.


If the shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse delivery. If you have accepted a shipment and then discover shipping damage, please email [email protected].


WARRANTY POLICIES


Kalkal’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. In the event of a failure, we will replace the failed product for you free of charge, or refund the fees you have paid. Repaired or replaced products are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.


The limited warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store unperformed alterations, repairs or modifications, use in an unintended manner, unsuitability or inappropriateness, unsafe use by design, or caused by chemical or foreign substances any damage caused by the damage.
