This chair is a beast. It is large and solid but it’s also silent. It is a nice chair for hunting or fishing and would be comfortable to sit in for hours at a time. The legs are adjustable in length and the feet swivel so you can level it out easily. It rotates 360 degrees and is silent when doing so. You can also adjust the height of the seat using the pin underneath it. The chair is really sturdy and will hold a good bit of weight without issue. The top folds down and if you remove the base (e.g. the legs) they can be strapped to the chair and carried with it. One thing to keep in mind is the chair is large so it won’t be as easy to carry as a folding caping chair but it is much more comfortable. It’s a quality made, solid chair and a good value.
Decent chair, comfortable enough, although I¡¯d recommend a seat pad for longer sessions. The chair does swivel silently as described. The locks on the adjustable legs are an area of concern. They¡¯re plastic and not confidence inspiring. Also the instructions were not as clear as they could be. I was able to figure out the intended placement of some of the smaller hardware do to my personal background, knowledge and experience, but it may be confusing for some, causing them to improperly install some hardware ware causing them to backtrack, and or they may just not use some of the washers provided considering the instructions don¡¯t address them. This chair is ¡°portable¡± but in the sense that you¡¯d only want to carry it to your stand or blind once at the beginning of the season, and then out at the end. It¡¯s large and folds up and disassembles, but not in the same way a camp chair does. This requires more steps, and storage of hardware and small parts. It¡¯s also clunky to carry.
This is a super nice outdoor chair. It’s very easy to assemble, you don’t really even need the directions. It’s wide enough that it’s perfect for us plus size folks. And it is super sturdy. I love that it folds up pretty compact so you can take it with you places if you need to.
It’s a nice chair, comfortable and easy to assemble. One bag of assembly hardware was missing. Replacement parts are reportedly being shipped.
This chair is pretty nice and fairly comfortable for using around the campfire but it’s not likely going to be good for going out hunting. It’s really too heavy and packing it up takes too much effort. The screws on the bottom that you have to detach just don’t offer a simple enough solution for time in the woods when it’s usually dark or your wearing gloves. I gave it a shot thinking perhaps it would be but it’s just not that great. The overall fit isn’t bad so it at least is passable to be stationary somewhere like in a hunting blind but the transportation and ease of use sink it for being portable. That said, it hasn’t squeaked yet and it does support my weight just fine. I’ve not run into other issues yet.
