I immediately set this up, and at first one of the sides wouldn¡¯t stay locked open. I realized somehow the strut was not in the pocket. I had to unscrew the center cap, and back out the strut to slide into the pocket. That was a two person job and I can¡¯t tell you how many times I dropped the plate and the screw. Once we got it back together- it went up like a breeze and I absolutely love it. The windows easily slide open and stay open. I love the zippers on the door. Usually, the zippers are so tight that I easily rip the fabric (my last three blinds suffered that fate) this has plenty of extra fabric so you can do a one handed zip. I am 5¡¯9 and there is still a few inches above my head so I can comfortably stand inside. This blind is really excellent quality, and has great visual from inside. Really happy with it!!!
This ground blind uses very small hole so that you can see the area around the blind without opening a window. This technology is being included in a lot of high end blinds.
The material is about the thickness of a good hunting tent.
I would have given it five stars but why do manufacturers make the carrying bag so small? I doubt that this will ever see the inside of the original bag ever again after being set up.
I will update my review if any issues arise after this hunting season.
