Step One: Step your foot on a piece of white paper.
Step Two: Mark your longest toe and heel.
Step Three: Then measure the distance between them with a straight line parallel to get your foot’s length.
*Note: take into account extra room needed for socks.
1. Sit down on a chair, and ensure that your knees are bent at 90-degree.
2. Take a measurement tape and calculate the perimeter of your calf at the widest part.
*Note: leave enough room for trousers or other pants to be tucked in.
1. Choose a standard size if you have a standard foot.
2. Choose one size up if you have a big toe valgus.
3. One size up is recommended if your second toe is longer.
4. Choose a size up if your foot is wide.
5. Choose a standard size if you have a narrow foot.
6. Choose one size up if you have a high instep foot.
