Since its raining season, it is a good time to try out these boots. I was in need of new rubber boots as the previous pair got ruined. Likes: 1. Heel lip to help take off the boot without using your hands. 2. Raised tread on bottom to limit the slipping and sliding in the mud. 3. Keeps my calves and feet dry. 4. Most reviews for this boot were sponsored, so I feel like I should give a purchased review. Short story, I love these boots. Long story is that I researched for days looking for something cheaper than Muck and LaCross. I don¡¯t need something for daily wear, just when it¡¯s raining and snowing. I used he size chart and my foot measurement matched men¡¯s 9. They arrived quickly and I loved what I ordered- but my toe was at the end. I returned them the next day and ordered a size 10. Perfect fit with a thick work sock. The boot is not too heavy but feels thick and durable. Love the brown color. The neoprene is as described and quite insulating but also easy to roll the top down. My test run was in snow and ice. They are warm enough, as described, but I would order the insulated version for more than a few hours in snow. The foot bed is thick enough for good support even without a shank but flexible enough for great contact on uneven surfaces. Likewise, the toe box is thick enough for decent protection against dropped firewood, etc. I didn¡¯t want or really need the weight of steel shank or toe protection, so these are ideal. I have narrow feet but the fit is pretty secure and my feet don¡¯t slide around and no heel slip. They slip on and off easily, but still a snug fit. I¡¯m happy that the the top of the shaft fits snugly around my calf with pants tucked in. The grip was important since my need is outdoor chores in snow. They are fantastic! I had really good grip in snow on steep hills but the lugs don¡¯t clog like my other boots. Last thing, yes they are waterproof. Oh, and the seller was quick to refund my returned incorrect size. This is my first Amazon return so I was relieved at how smooth it was. Since I spend about $100 less that I expected when I started shopping, I may try another version if the durability of this pair is good.
These boots are awesome! They are very comfortable. They are very warm. They fit well. They are very well-built and extremely durable. I use these at work and they are holding up fine. They are fine to wear all day long and they don’t hurt my feet. They keep my feet nice and warm but not too warm. They are extremely easy to put on. I like that they are lightweight as opposed to other brands that I have tried. Overall I am very happy that I decided to order these and try them out. I would definitely recommend getting a pair.
Great waterproof boots, wide in the foot allowing for extra thick socks which I really like. The soul can be a bit slippery depending on the surface I’m walking on.
These are high quality neoprene waterproof mud boots. Very thick rubber soles and have a very chunky tread design. The upper rubber encasing feels very durable and especially reinforced in the toe box and rear back heel area. I normally wear an 11M in work boots and these (11M) fit comfortably with room for thicker boot socks. With the current 40% off coupon on $78, definitely recommended.
