How Warm are 6mm Neoprene Boots?
Neoprene is great for its insulating properties. It can retain heat inside the boot, ensuring your feet stay warm in chilly conditions. Ordered for my wife to use. She uses them around the farm and for hunting, ordered one size up so she could wear thick socks in the winter. She was pleased
I bought these for my daughter and they fit her very well. They seem to be well made and pretty heavy duty. She wore them on a field trip to a nature preserve at a beach and they kept out all the water. I don’t know as I would recommend these as winter boots though. They’re fairly warm but not warm enough to play out in the snow. Perfect for muddy days and yard work though!
My wife and I have a few hens that we now keep as pets since they are retired egg layers. They do make a bit of a mess and need attention even when it has been raining. My wife needed a set of boots that would withstand the mud and keep her on her feet even when it is raining so I gave these a shot. She found them to be comfortable, durable, and thinks they look really nice. She primarily uses them around the garden, but has taken them out to the store on a few occasions without embarassment. After a couple of months of regular use, they look brand new and show no signs of wear.
Super comfy lightweight mud boots! They fit great but still have enough wiggle room so it is not rubbing in any spots. Heavy duty and has great traction on the bottom. I use them while doing outside chores and they are extremely comfortable and easy to clean. Rinse and let dry!
These boots arrived quickly and were well packaged with no scratches or scuffs on them. They are made with good quality materials and the neoprene upper makes it easy to slip the boots on and off, it even has a loop to help pull the boots on. The neoprene adds to the comfort and protection by offering a snug enough fit at the top to prevent rain/mud from going inside of them. The rubber is thick and protects my feet from the mud and does not scratch easily. It also makes them easy to wipe clean after use! These boots seem like they will last me many years! I was able to wear these around a barn in the mud and had no issues with traction or slipping. They fit me well and do not squeeze on my feet or rub my heels or ankles or slip off when walking. I do wish they were more comfortable to wear and walk around in, my feet start to hurt before long of wearing them. Aside from that, I have no complaints!
